Considerations When Buying Automatic Carpet Washing Machine:
The Right System= Long Life + Efficiency

Again, it is not technically feasible to operate the disc brushes directly by connecting them to the reducers. A double roller hub must be used between the gear unit and the connection of the disc brushes. In a porous system, the machine runs smoothly for many years and can be applied to the desired level of pressure on the carpet.
In machines manufactured with improper manufacturing method without hub; Since the compressive power of the disc brushes is given directly to small reducer bearings, it is absolutely inevitable that gearbox failures occur within short time periods.

The profiles on the machine, especially the profiles on which moving brush carriages walk, must be of sufficient dimensions with the necessary bearing capacity. (Minimum 120x60x3 mm profile)

Bearings and all parts on the machine should be designed based on engineering and drawing, should be easy to remove and install.
Machine frame should be manufactured with high precision and there should be no miter defect. Otherwise, in poor manufacturing contractions will occur in the machine, within a short time period of irreversible contraction caused by various chronic failures will happen.
Unbalanced Rollers Very Important:

Rinsing and Damping System:
