Our machine named Komman Transformer is a transformative automatic carpet washing machine that saves 90% of water, is the first and only in the world that can work in 3 different versions. Considering the realities of decreasing water resources and increasing cleaning needs, the production machine has a very environmentally friendly operating system.

      The working versions of the machine are described below:

HOW DOES THE MACHINE WORK IN VERSION 1 MODULE: (DRY FOAM +VACUUM Module)

      In Version 1 Module, the machine works in DRY FOAM and SUPER VACUUM system. In this version, the machine saves 90% of water compared to other machines.

    Komman Transformer Automatic Carpet Washing Machine; Thanks to the special foam nozzles on the brush carriage, it spreads foam evenly to every part of the carpet. Thanks to the disc brushes on the machine, the foam is penetrated to the bottom points of the carpet and an effective brushing process is provided.

     After the brushing process, the linear motion vacuum automation with 4 kW engine power, 390 mbar vacuum power and 2 maxi blowers with a flow rate of 230 m3/h, removes the loosened and carried to the surface dirt from the carpet thanks to the foam and provides a complete cleaning.

     The dirt vacuumed with the Super Powerful Vacuum Automation is automatically collected in the waste water tanks. After the waste water tanks are filled, the discharge system is automatically opened and the waste water is discharged from the tank chamber.

HOW DOES THE MACHINE WORK IN VERSION 2 MODULE: ( WATER + SHAMPOO + VACUUM Module )

   In Version 2 Module, the machine works in WATER, MATIC CARPET SHAMPOO and SUPER VACUUM system.

     In this version, first of all, the carpets are wetted thanks to the wetting nozzles located at the front of the machine. Matic carpet shampoo is automatically sent from the valves on the brushes. The shampoos sent through the brushes penetrate perfectly to the very bottom of the carpet.

     After the brushing process, the linear motion vacuum automation with 4 kW engine power, 390 mbar vacuum power and 2 maxi blowers with a flow rate of 230 m3/h, removes the loosened and carried to the surface dirt from the carpet thanks to the foam and provides a complete cleaning.

HOW DOES THE MACHINE WORK IN VERSION 3 MODULE: (WATER + FOAMING SHAMPOO + RINSE + SCRAPER Module)

(The scrapers in the Transformer Conversion Box must be installed on the machine before operating the machine in this version.)

  Vacuum System is Not Active in This Version.

  It washes with water and plenty of foam, just like conventional machines.

In this version, first of all, the carpets are wetted thanks to the wetting nozzles on the front of the machine. Foamy carpet shampoo is automatically sent from the valves on the brushes. The foaming carpet shampoo sent through the brushes is foamed on the carpet and allowed to penetrate into the carpet.

  After the brushing process, thanks to the water nozzles on the scrapers, rinsing and dirt are removed from the carpet thanks to the scrapers and plenty of water.
