Industrial Sweeper System	The two specially produced helical roller brushes in the sweeper system collect hair, lint, and foreign substances on the carpet into the integrated chamber. The collected lint, hair, and similar materials are then gathered in the dust bag with the help of the vacuuming unit. Due to their structure, while the helical roller brushes collect hair and lint deposits from the carpet, they also comb the carpet in two different directions to ensure it is fluffed.
Powerful Vacuum Unit	The powerful vacuum unit, featuring a 2.2 kW (3 HP) motor and 1400 Pa suction power, perfectly cleans hair, lint, dust, fluff, and all similar particles from the carpet with a vacuum capacity of 6200 m3/h. At the same time, it fluffs the carpets exceptionally well with the strong vacuum effect it creates, bringing service quality to the maximum level.
Final Inspection Area	The machine features a wide field of vision to allow for easy final inspection just before the carpet is rolled.
Precision Pressing System	Thanks to the machine's precision pressing system, 100% contact is ensured even on the thinnest and thickest carpets, maximizing cleaning performance. With the two front and rear spring-loaded pressure rollers working integrated into this system, there is no risk of the carpet getting stuck in any scenario.
Rear Winding System	After the final inspection of the carpet is completed, the carpets are rolled up smoothly without the need for human power via the rear winding system, making them ready for packaging.
Control System	PLC
Conveyor Belt System	To ensure the smooth progress of the carpet, a single-piece belt system is used. A special belt tensioning system has been designed to eliminate problems such as slipping, displacement, or failure to move within the conveyor belt system.
Bottom Cleaning System	The bottom cleaning roller brush located at the front of the machine performs the task of collecting lint, hair, and similar substances from underneath the carpet.

INDUSTRIAL SWEEPING SYSTEM

2 pcs of specially produced helical roller brushes in the sweeping system collect the bristle, fluff, and foreign objects on the carpet in the chamber integrated into the system.It collects pile, hair and similar things in the dust bag with the help of vacuuming unit.Helical roller brushes, due to their structure, collect hair and pile accumulations on the carpet, while on the other hand, they provide fluffing of the carpet by combing the carpet in two different directions.

POWERFULL VACUUM UNIT

The powerful vacuum unit with a 2.2 kW (3 HP) engine and 1400 Pa vacuum power, with its 6200 m3/h vacuum capacity, perfectly cleans all particles such as hair, fluff, dust, lint and similar particles on the carpet. At the same time, with the strong vacuum effect it creates on the carpet, it fluffs the carpets very well and maximizes the service quality.

MILLIMETRIC PRESSURE SYSTEM

Thanks to the millimetric pressure system of the machine, 100% taction is ensured even on the thinnest and thickest carpets, and the cleaning of the carpet is maximized. Thanks to the two front and rear spring pressure rollers working as an integral part of this system, there is no risk of carpet snagging in any scenario.

FINAL CONTROL AREA

The machine has a wide field of view so that the last control can be easily done just before rolling the carpet.

CONVEYOR BELT SYSTEM

A one-piece belt system is used in order to ensure that the carpet moves smoothly. A special belt tensioning system has been designed in order to eliminate the problems of the conveyor belt system such as slipping, displacement and non-advancement.

BACK ROLLING SYSTEM

After the final inspection of the carpet, the carpets are rolled into rolls and ready for packaging without the need for manpower, by means of the back rolling system.
