Maintenance and Care of Machines
Especially carpet wringing machines used for a certain period of time should be maintained. The machine shouldbe disconnected from the plug after completion of the wringing, and if it is used intensively, bearing maintenance should be performed every 30 days. Otherwise, the quality will be reduced from the point of use and the machine will not be able to provide full service. Another issue to be aware of during maintenance is that the belts should be checked and the loosened straps should be tightened. It is also an important rule that the outside of the machine should to keep clean and without foreign objects on it during use. It should not be operated before the lid is fully closed and without the carpet in it. Running the empty machine is sufficient to cause malfunction. The absence of close contact with other operating machines and drum caps should not be opened. Carpets that need to be wrung are placed in the drum, and until the drum stops wringing, carpets can not be reached. The last rule is that the machine's electrical wiring should not touch the floor and the cables must be kept in high areas.
